Transfort/Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service change update and related issues including DAR policy implementation impacts, confirmation of Council's desire to maintain current policy in reeards to DAR elilaribility and the recertification process and updates on three new fixed routes and the Task Force. (60 minutes) Staff is seeking Council direction on continuation of current policy and practices regarding ADA paratransit eligibility and certification method. 1. Does Council wish to maintain the current policy of ADA paratransit eligibility? 2. Does Council have any comments regarding the method of eligibility determination, e.g., in-person assessments versus information gathered from the applicant and verified by applicant's healthcare professional? 3. Poudre Fire Authority's Long-Term Strategic Management Process. (60 minutes) This work session is to provide City Council with Poudre Fire Authority's(PFA)long-term strategic management process including the PFA's outcome based performance measures, citizen input system,and top priorities for providing community service. It is also important for City Council to understand the mutually beneficial relationship with the Poudre Valley Fire Protection District (PVFPD). 1. Does Council need additional information to understand PFA's management system, operations, and partnerships? 2. Would Council like more information on PFA's output performance measurement system? 4. Update to the Bicycle Plan and Program. (30 minutes) This discussion is to answer the following questions: 1. What are Council's questions and/or concerns regarding the various elements of the Update? 2. Does Council support the approach and direction of the Plan Update? 5. Other Business. 6. Adiournment.
