Please call 221-6515(TDD 224-6001)for assistance. I. Call Meeting to Order. 2. Urban Renewal Authority Blight Study and Plan for the Downtown Area. (45 minute discussion) This discussion is to answer the following questions: 1. Does Council have any questions regarding establishing an urban renewal plan for the Downtown Area? 2. Does the Council agree staff should prepare the requisite blight study and urban renewal plan for the Downtown Area? 3. Does Council agree with the schedule for establishing an urban renewal plan for the Downtown Area? 3. The Intergovernmental Agreement Between the New Fort Collins Regional Library District, the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County. (1 hour discussion) The City,County and the new District must enter into an intergovernmental agreement(IGA) within 90 days of the ratification of the District Board of Trustees. City staff intends to draft a proposed IGA to provide a framework for the discussions with the Trustees and the County. Staff is seeking Council direction on how the various issues to be addressed in the IGA should be presented in the draft agreement. 4. Mason Corridor Project Update. (45 minute discussion) Staff will provide an update of the Mason Corridor progress,including financial information regarding capital and operating/maintenance costs and potential funding strategies. This project overview will also include the role of the Mason Corridor as a catalyst for helping to achieve the City's economic development goals as well as land-use and transportation objectives. Staff is seeking comments and questions from Council members. In particular,feedback on the updated financial information would be helpful. 5. Other Business. 6. Adioumrnent.
