EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Non-exclusive permanent easement agreement from the Board of Governors of the CSU System, to install above
grade switch, located at Pitkin and Shields Streets. Monetary consideration: $1500. (See Map#1).

Staff recommends acceptance of the easement.
