PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Saint Joseph Catholic School in the city of Fort Collins, Colorado, has made
many contributions to advance the intellectual standards of its students; and
WHEREAS, this Catholic school serves as a shining example in the community of how to
shape today's students into tomorrow's citizens; and
WHEREAS, during the week of January 30 - February 3, 2005, Saint Joseph Catholic
School celebrated Catholic Schools Week; and
WHEREAS, during this celebration the school hosted many activities including a day to
honor students, a day to honor teachers, and a day to honor volunteers.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Doug Hutchinson, Mayor of the City of Fort Collins, do hereby
proclaim the week of January 30- February 3, 2006 as
CATHOLIC SCHOOL WEEK
in the city of Fort Collins and ask the community to honor this school for its leadership and
contributions not only to its students, but also to our community.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the City of Fort
