Routine Easements.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends acceptance of the easements described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A. Easement for construction and maintenance of subsurface public utilities from Scotch Pines
Village, LLLP, to install concrete vault and subsurface to upgrade existing underground
electric system, located at Drake Road and Lemay Avenue. Monetary consideration: $684.
(See Map#1).
B. Easement for construction and maintenance of public utilities from Scotch Pines Village,
LLLP,to install electric padmount switch to upgrade existing underground electric system,
located at Drake Road and Lemay Avenue. Monetary consideration: $996. (See Map#2).
