RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends acceptance of the easement described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Easement for construction and maintenance of public utilities from North Fort Collins Neighborhood
Design and Development Group, LLC,to provide electric service in a newly annexed area, located
at 719 Willox. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map #1 and#2).
