Routine Easements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends acceptance of the easements described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A. Easement for construction and maintenance of public utilities from P.E.A.K. Community
Church, to underground overhead electric services, located at 500 Mathews. Monetary
consideration: $1360. (See Map#1). Staff: Patti Teraoka.
B. Grant of access easement from Patricia M. Casey Revocable Trust for perpetual access and
landscaping easement, located at the old Union Pacific Jefferson Street Station Depot.
Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#2). Staff: Ron Mills.
