WORK SESSION AGENDA

1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Southwest Annexation. (I hour)
The purpose of this item is to discuss the Southwest Annexation; specifically whether Council
would like to further pursue it at this time, and, if so, whether the area should be annexed in
phases and with what timeframe.
3. The Arts. Culture. and Economic Vitality. (I hour)
The purpose of this item is to discuss the most effective course of action to positively influence
the economy through culture and the arts. An overview and update of the Downtown Strategic
Plan will be presented to provide a broad context for this discussion.
4. Building on Basics (BOB) Capital Improvement Program. (1 hour)
The purpose of this item is to discuss the Building on Basics 2005 Capital Improvement Program.
5. Other Business.
