RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the deeds and easements described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A. Easement for construction and maintenance of public utilities from William Coulson, to underground existing overhead electric services, located at 600 South Washington. Monetary consideration: $10.
