STUDY SESSION AGENDA

1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Natural Areas General Management Guidelines. (1 hour- 15 minute staff presentation)
The purpose of this study session item is to discuss Natural Areas General Management Guidelines
as they relate to recreation and to discuss proposed changes and additions to the Guidelines.
3. Historic Preservation Code Revisions. (1 hour- 15 minute staff presentation)
The purpose of this study session item is to discuss recent revisions to the Municipal and Land Use
Codes affecting Historic Preservation Review,and options for possible additional changes to these
Codes.
4. Floodplain Regulation Revisions. (1 hour- 20 minute staff presentation)
The purpose of this study session item is to review the proposed Citywide Floodplain Regulations
and resulting Code changes (with the exception of the Poudre River).
5. Other Business.
