EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This Ordinance, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on September 3, 2002, vacates a portion of right-of-way for Rock Creek Drive and retains a portion for a utility easement in order to eliminate the dedicated right-of-way "street stub".
