Council will consider going into executive session to confer with the City's attorneys
regarding potential litigation and related legal issues.
4. Other Business.
Council may consider one or more emergency ordinances and/or other Council action
relating to the annexation of property located at the southwest corner of the intersection
of Interstate 25 and Harmony Road.
5. Adjournment.
