Call Meeting to Order. 2. Downtown Development Authority Cultural District Plan. (1 hour) The purpose of this item is to present Council with a review of the Downtown Development Authority's activities, organization, and method of operation as well as its cultural district plan for downtown. 3. Boards and Commissions Periodic Reviews. (75 minutes) The purpose of this item is to review the purpose and functions of four boards: the Citizen Review Board, the Electric Board, the Parks and Recreation Board, and the Transportation Board. 4. Review of Stormwater Financing Alternatives. (45 minutes) The purpose of this item is to discuss stormwater financing alternatives and to determine which alternative(s) staff should prepare for Council consideration. 5. Other Business. 6.
