First Filing. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 112, 1999, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on July 6, 1999, authorizes the conveyance to the original owners of Tracts A, B, C, D, E and F in the Shenandoah P.U.D. First Filing that were erroneously deeded to the City at the time of development in the Shenandoah First Filing development.
