Second Reading of Ordinance No. 112, 1999,Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Quit Claim Deed
Conveying to the Shenandoah Land Limited Liability Company Certain Tracts of Land in the
Shenandoah P.U.D. First Filing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Ordinance No. 112, 1999, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on July 6, 1999,
authorizes the conveyance to the original owners of Tracts A, B, C, D, E and F in the Shenandoah
P.U.D. First Filing that were erroneously deeded to the City at the time of development in the
Shenandoah First Filing development.

Ordinance No. 112, 1999,authorizes the conveyance to the original owners of Tracts A, B, C,D,E
and F in the Shenandoah P.U.D. First Filing that were erroneously deeded to the City at the time of
