A part of Lot 17, Block 111 of the Clty of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which
is contained within the boundary limes which begin at a point on the east tine of said Lot 17, which
bears South 40.00 feet from the Northeast comer of said Lot 17, and run thence South 8.00 feet
along the east line of said Lot 17;thence West 1200 feet;thence North 8 feet;thence East 12-00
feet to the point of beginning.
