RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading.

Ordinance No. 11, 1999, was unanimously adopted on First Reading on January 19, 1999, and
appropriates unanticipated revenue in the Community Development Block Grant fund for the kitchen
renovation at the Catholic Chanties Northern Mission.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Upon adoption of this Ordinance, $60,000 will be appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)Fund. The unanticipated revenue represents funds
raised by Catholic Chanties NrnCZ0stC`(
