STUDY SESSION AGENDA

1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Action Plan for Sustainability Update. (15 minutes)
The purpose of this study session item is to provide information to Council on the background and
implementation steps for the City of Fort Collins Action Plan for Sustainability.
3. Rental Registration Program and Neighborhood Quality Regulations (1 1/2 hours)
The purpose of this study session item is to discuss the Rental Registration Program and
Neighborhood Quality Regulations,particularly the Public Nuisance Ordinance amendments and
Nuisance Gatherings Code additions.
4. Natural Areas General Management Guidelines. (1 hour)
The purpose of this study session item is to discuss Natural Areas General Management Guidelines
as they relate to recreation and to discuss proposed changes and additions to the Guidelines.
5. Other Business.
