RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends acceptance of the easement described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A. Easement for Construction and maintenance of Public Utilities from Carrabba's Italian Grill, Inc., to allow property to the east to share the existing electric transformer, located at 1212 Oakridge.
