EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: i City Council met in Executive Session on November 9, 1999 to conduct the performance appraisal of City Attorney Steve Roy. This Ordinance,which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on g December 7, 1999, establishes the 2000 salary and compensation of the City Attorney.
