RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends acceptance of the easements described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A. Construction and maintenance easement from Rudy Grenz,LaVerda Grenz, Terri L. Grenz and Don E. Grenz, located at 1010 and 1108 North College. Monetary consideration: $20. (See Map #1) • B.
