Two drainage easements from Spring Creek Farms LLC,located on the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Drake Road. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#1) B. Temporary grading easement from Spring Creek Fauns LLC,located on the southeast comer of Timberline Road and Drake Road. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#2) C. Two utility easements from Spring Creek Farms LLC, located on the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Drake Road. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#3) D.
