RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends acceptance of the easement described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A. Easement for Construction and Maintenance of Public Utilities from Nick C. And Joyce C.
Wells, to underground electrical service, located at 1305 Village Lane. Monetary
consideration: $200. Staff: Patti Teraoka. (See Map#1).
B. Utility and Drainage Easement from Scott P. Livingston, for the Utility Services Vehicle
Storage Project located at 930 North Shields Street. Monetary consideration: $5000. Staff:
Alice Faye Richardson. (See Map#2).
