STUDY SESSION AGENDA
The Study Session will begin
May 25, 2004 after the conclusion of the Adjourned Meeting
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Building Community Choices Sales Tax Renewal Process. (45 minutes)
The purpose of the Study Session is to update the Council on the process of renewing the
Building Community Choices sales taxes and to solicit direction from Council regarding key steps
in the process.
3. Proposed Jurisdiction Change of Carpenter Road/LCR 32 from the City of Fort Collins to the
Colorado Department of Transportation. (1 hour)
Transportation staff will present and discuss background information and issues related to a
proposal from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to have the State assume
jurisdiction over Carpenter Road/LCR 32 between Interstate 25 and US-287/South College
Avenue.
4. Draft 2030 Regional Transportation Plan Overview. (45 minutes)
The NFRMPO would like to share with Council an overview of the upcoming 2030 Regional
Transportation Plan (2030 RTP). The purpose of this presentation is to give Council an
opportunity to ask questions and give input regarding the DRAFT 2030 Regional Transportation
Plan.
