RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Ordinance No. 42, 2000, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on April 18, 2000, authorizes the easement to be conveyed to Larimer County when the property is acquired from the seller, currently scheduled for May 15, 2000. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On March 21, 2000 Council adopted Resolution 2000-50 which authorized an intergovernmental agreement with Larimer County and the City of Loveland regarding the purchase and management of 785 acres of 1 uer ro fnTe Collins—Loveland Corridor.
