STUDY SESSION AGENDA
May 11, 2004 6:00 p.m.
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Air Quality Plan Update. (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
The purpose of this study session is to seek Council direction on air quality policies. Most of the
policy revisions are relatively minor adjustments that clarify, consolidate, or remove obsolete
policies.
3. Discussion Regarding the East Prospect Road Improvements Project 1997 Building Community
Choices. (7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.)
Staff will be requesting Council feedback and direction on the following:
Does Council have questions with respect to the East Prospect Road Project's design,cost
and schedule?
• Does Council have enough information to formally consider approval of the design,
schedule and budget for this project at the June 1 Council Meeting?
4. Other Business.
