RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of the Ordinance on Second Reading. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On June 20, 2000, Council adopted Ordinance No. 78, 2000, authorizing the transfer of $1,698,400 from the Transit Services Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for the completion of the Downtown Transit Center. Ordinance No. 93, 2000, which was unanimously adopted on First Reading on August 15, 2000, appropriates the remaining funds for the transit project.
