STUDY SESSION AGENDA
February 12, 2002 6:00 p.m.
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Review and Discussion Regarding Community Separators. (6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.)
Staff would like to review recent and planned work regarding Community Separators. Staff is
requesting Council direction regarding this issue.
3. Discussion Re ag rding the Prioritization of Stormwater Projects. (6:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
As a part of the recently approved stormwater financing plan and approval of the first updated
basin master plan,citizens have been more aware of the benefits of stormwater projects. In order
to have a strong base from which to make and defend decisions on prioritization,staff has worked
on developing a more objective process to prioritize projects on a citywide basis. As presently
envisioned, the draft prioritization process is a staff tool on which to base budget
recommendations to Council. Staff is asking if Council agrees with the general approach as
presented?
4. Findings and Recommendations of the Hagen Task Force. (7:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.)
Staff would like feedback from Council on whether it supports a resolution establishing a
hydrogen program within the City.
