STUDY SESSION AGENDA
October 12, 1999 6:00 p.m.
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Proposed Public Nuisance Ordinance (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
The purpose of this study session is to determine whether Councilmembers have questions about
this proposed ordinance and whether the ordinance is ready for Council consideration on
November 2, 1999.
3. BREAK (7:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.)
4. Discussion of the City Manager's recommended 2000-2001 budget. (7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.)
The purpose of this study session on the 2000-2001 recommended budget is to identify any
changes to the recommended budget in preparation for the First Reading of the appropriation and
budget adoption ordinance scheduled for November 2, 1999.
