December 12, 2000
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Capital Improvement Plan and Inventory(2001-2010). (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

Staff has prepared a draft Capital Improvement Plan and Inventory. While the City's capital
improvements are listed in the budget document, this covers only a five-year time frame. This
separate document includes more detail and covers a 10-year period (2001 through 2010).
The intent of the Capital Improvement Plan and Inventory is to detail, in a single document, the
City's funded and partially funded projects and to highlight the myriad of capital needs that are
not yet funded.
Staff is requesting Council's feedback and direction on the following issues:
Does the report address Council's need for information about the City's capital needs?
Is there any other information that Council wants included in the document prior to this
draft being finalized?
What additional information does Council want about the projects or process of
developing the plan before the Capital Improvement Plan and Inventory is formally
considered by Council for adoption at the January 16 meeting?
