Discussion Regarding the Transfort Strategic Plan. (6:00 p.m. -6:45 p.m.) Staff will make a brief presentation on the service options and is seeking direction regarding which option or options Council wants to include in the final Service Plan Element of the Transfort Strategic Plan. 3. Review of the Preliminary"Key"Targets for the 2002-2003 Biennial Budget. (6:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.) Council will review the"key"targets for service enhancements to the 2002 and 2003 budget as proposed by staff. 4. Discussion Regarding Capital Needs Inventory: 2002-2005. (7:15 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.) Staff is requesting Council feedback and direction regarding capital funding needs as recommended by staff and various boards. Staff would like input from Council regarding the following questions: Is there any additional information that would be helpful to Council in reviewing these high priority capital needs? Are there other projects or needs on which Councilmembers would like additional information? • Is there any action that Council wishes to undertake regarding the short list of capital needs? Given Council's interest in gathering information regarding the City's highest priorities,should staff work on some actions to identify funding for these currently unfunded projects? 5. Discussion Regarding Northern Colorado Regional Communities I-25 Corridor Plan and the Fort Collins I-25 Subarea Plan. (7:45 p.m. -9:15 p.m.) Northern Colorado Regional Communities I-25 Corridor Plan - Is Council comfortable with the recommendations? Is Council comfortable with proceeding with adoption of the I-25 Regional Plan on July 17? Fort Collins I-25 Subarea Plan - Is Council comfortable with the proposed expansion of the Growth Management Area(GMA)boundary from its current locations east of I-25 to County Road 5? Is Council comfortable with the further public processing of the draft Subarea land use plan to the general public? 6. Other Business. 7. Adjournment.
