RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends acceptance of the easements described below. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A. Deed of dedication for easement from Front Range Limited Partnership,for a slope easement on College Avenue, located on the northwest comer of Trilby Road and College Avenue. Monetary consideration: $10. Staff: Sheri Wamhoff. (See Map#1). B. Deed of dedication for easement from Front Range Limited Partnership, for a drainage easement, located on the northwest comer of Trilby Road and College Avenue. Monetary consideration: $10.
