Staff recommends acceptance of the deeds easements described below.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

between Harmony and Horsetooth Roads. Monetary consideration: $10. (See Map#1).
B. Deed of Dedication for Utility Easement from P &B Partnership, located west of Shields,
between Harmony and Horsetooth Roads. Monetary consideration:.$10. (See Map #2).
C. Deed of Dedication for Right-of-Way from P&B Partnership,for a permanent right-of-way
for public street purposes,located west of Shields,between Harmony and Horsetooth Roads.
