At an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council held at the City Hall on
November 17th, A. D. 1913 the following'prooeedings were had.
Present,
President Samuel H. Cla:mer.
Commnissioner of Public Works D. C. Armitage
Commissioner of Finance Alfred A. Edwards.
Ciyy Attorney, Frank J. Annie.

Commissioner of Fiance be instructed to purchase 1 dozen meters with extension rods,
Meter seals and suitable badges f. • the employes of the Water Deaprtment.
The roll being called the vote stood as follows.

Moved by Commissioner Armitage and seconded by Commissioner Edwards that the
resignation of Otto Schmohl as car t ker of the Filter Plant be accepted.

clared by the President.

Nelson be appointed as Caretaker of the Filter Plant.

Moved by Commissioner Armitage and seconded by Commissioner EDwards that the
following resolution be adopted.
Resolved, by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins that a revocable permit is her
granted to the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company under and by virtue of
authority contained in Section 23 of Article 18 of the Charter of the City of Fort Colli
for the temporary use and occupancy of the streets alleys and public places within the
corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins, for the operation and maintenance of the
lines and appliances of said company as now used a,d enjoyed by it within said city
and said grant is made without prejudice to the rights of the city or said company.
