OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
February 10, 1987
4:00 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Tuesday, February 10, 1987 at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City
of Fort Collins City Hall. Roll call was answered by the following
Councilmembers: Estrada, Liebler, Ohlson, Rutstein, and Stoner.
Secretary's Note: Councilmembers Horak and Kirkpatrick arrived at 4:10
p.m.
Staff Members Present: Burkett, Huisjen, Krajicek
Executive Session Authorized
Councilmember Rutstein made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Estrada, to
adjourn into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters relating to the
evaluation of the Municipal Judge. Yeas: Councilmembers Estrada, Liebler,
Ohlson, Rutstein, and Stoner. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
Adjournment
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Councilmember Estrada made a
motion, seconded by Councilmember Rutstein, to adjourn the meeting. Yeas:
Councilmembers Estrada, Horak, Kirkpatrick, Liebler, Ohlson, Rutstein, and
Stoner. Nays: None.
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
