6:15 p.m.
An adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins was held on
Tuesday, July 13, 1993, at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City of Fort
Collins City Hall. Roll call was answered by the following Councilmembers:
Azari, Janett, Kneeland, McCluskey and Winokur.
Councilmembers Absent: Councilmembers Apt and Horak.
Staff Members Present: Burkett, Krajicek and Roy.
Councilmember Kneeland made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Janett, to
adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting the mid -year
performance reviews of the Municipal Judge, City Attorney, and City Manager.
The vote on Councilmember Kneeland's motion was as follows: Yeas:
Councilmembers Azari, Janett, Kneeland, McCluskey and Winokur. Nays: None.
I THE MOTION CARRIED.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the adjourned meeting resumed.
Councilmember Janett made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Winokur, to direct
staff to prepare a resolution recommending that Larimer County deny the proposed
Denver Television Special Review Request and recommending that Larimer County
develop more restrictive land use regulations for foothills and ridgeline
development.
The vote on Councilmember Janett's motion was as follows: Yeas: Councilmembers
Azari, Janett, Kneeland, McCluskey and Winokur. Nays: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
