Minutes of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins held at the City
Hall of said City held pursuant to adjournment, on Oct 3rd, 1913
Present

Aldermen Glessner Johnson Mathews.
On motion the resignation of Geo. Warren Night Police was accepted.
On motion the matter of a rew Contract or renewal of contract with the
U. P. Railroad Co. was referred to the Water Committee and City Attorney to
report next meeting.
On motion a committee of five aldermen and the City Clerk were instructed
to select a list of Judges and Clerks for the Coming election.
Which list was as follows

Absent Aldermen Glessner, Johnson, Mpthews, Yard.
All aldermen present votin, in the affrmative the motion was carried and so de-
clared by the mayor.
Moved by Alderman Lves and seconded by Alderman that the City Clerk be instructed
to return the bill to the Colorado & Southern Railway Co.advising said co. that the City
never authorized or incurred this bill but that it is a liability against Kirkpatrick
& Son Contractors for the construction of the Pine Street Sewer; further that the City
will withhold final pay:ient to Kirkpatrick & Son until the matter of the amount due

the Company is settled between it and Kirkpatrick and son.
The above -notion when put to a vote carried and was so declared by the Mayor.
