bill anticipated)
d. HB-1051: Repeal Recycled Bag Carryout Fee – Oppose (Postponed Indefinitely)

Budget update:
• FY 2025-26 Budget: Introduced March 31.
• Due to a significant shortfall, the state is identifying savings by reducing/eliminating programs.
• Senate is reviewing the “long bill” this week.
