HB 1028: Statewide Regulation of Controlled Intersections (Safety Stop) Question of whether to switch from Oppose to Monitor based on Bike Advisory and Transportation Board feedback. Decision to remain opposed based on home rule and perception of confusion between cyclists/motorists and determination of age of rider. ii. HB 1152: Prohibit Employer Adverse Action Marijuana Use Decision to oppose. iii. HB 1244: Public Protections form Toxic Air Contaminants Discussed rationale of bill proponents and opponents.
