Legislative Review Committee (LRC)Meeting Minutes
April 11,2011

Mayor Hutchinson called the meeting to order at 1:47 p.m.Minutes of the March 8,2011
LRC meeting were approved.The Committee proceeded to discuss a nurnber of bills and
determined the City of Fort Collins’position as follows:

The Committee briefly discussed the future makeup of the LRC,given that this was
Mayor Hutchinson’s last meeting.It is expected that Council committee rnemberships
will be discussed at the May 6/7 City Council retreat.In the meantime,the LRC has a
quorum with Mayor Pro Tem Ohlson and Councilmember Poppaw and will meet as
scheduled on April 26,2011.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:40 p.m.
