Meetings are conducted in a hybrid format, with a Zoom webinar in addition to the in-person meeting in the CIC Conference Room at City Hall. Councilmembers may participate in this meeting via electronic means pursuant to their adopted policies and protocol. D) Discussion / Informational Items 2. Reviewing and discussing recruitment processes, the purpose of Super Issues Meetings, simplifying boards, and board composition. The purpose of this item is to review potential changes to the recruitment processes and to discuss modifying the Code surrounding joint meetings, the purpose of Super Issues Meetings, simplifying boards, and the numbers of members on boards. 3. Review and take formal action regarding interview options. The purpose of this item is to review options surrounding interview processes and to take formal action.
