EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The purpose of this item is to fill a vacancy on the Parking Advisory Board. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION This Resolution appoints one new member to the Parking Advisory Board to fill one of several vacancies that has been vacant for over a year. On December 6, 2021, Councilmembers Julie Pignataro and Shirley Peel held interviews for open positions on the Parking Advisory Board. Both Councilmembers recommend the following for appointment: • Dorothy Spivak The term will begin immediately upon resolution appointment. The name of the individual recommended to fill this vacancy has been inserted in the Resolution with the expiration date following the name. ATTACHMENTS 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the City Council hereby makes and adopts the determinations and findings contained in the recitals set forth above. Section 2. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy on the Parking Advisory Board with a term to begin and expire as noted below next to the applicant’s name.
