PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council Ethics Review Board (Councilmembers
Cunniff, Gutowsky, Pignataro and Gorgol) will meet on Monday, February 24, 2020, at 12:00
p.m., in the City Hall’s CIC Conference Room, located at 300 Laporte Avenue, City Hall West,
Fort Collins, Colorado. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and address the following
agenda items:
1. Selection of Presiding Officer for Alternate Review Board.
2. Review and approval of the December 16, 2019, Minutes of the Ethics Review
Board.
3. Consideration in accordance with City Code Section 2-569(d)(1) of whether a
complaint filed on January 21, 2020, by Rory Heath, making various allegations
regarding the conduct of the Councilmembers below, warrants investigation:
a. Mayor Wade Troxell;
b. Mayor Pro Tem Kristin Stephens; and
c. Councilmember Ken Summers.
4. Other Business.
5. Adjournment.
As the majority of Council may attend this meeting, the meeting is also being regarded as
a meeting of the City Council for the purposes of this notice.
