RE: Notice of Determination of Ethics Review Board
Dear Ms. Brunswig:
Notice is hereby given that the Ethics Review Board (the "Board") met on April 26, 2019 to
consider a complaint you filed on April 18, 2018, alleging that a contact was made by Mayor
Wade Troxell to Chris Renn in violation of City Code Sections 2-568(c)(5) and (6), that notice
was required to be provided by Mayor Wade Troxell regarding those communications, and that
he failed to provide such notice.
It was the determination of the Board that the allegations contained in the above -referenced
complaint, taken as true, did not constitute a violation of City Code Sections 2-568(c)(5) or 2-
568(c)(6), and that no further investigation of the alleged violations is warranted.
In light of this determination and in accordance with the City Code provisions related to the role
and function of the Ethics Review Board, no further action will be taken on the above -referenced
complaint.
