PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council Ethics Review Board will meet on Tuesday,
November 18, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., in the City Attorney’s Large Conference Room at City Hall,
located at 300 Laporte Avenue, City Hall West, Fort Collins, Colorado. The purpose of the
meeting will be to address the following issue:
1. An inquiry submitted by Councilmember Troxell under Section 2-56(c)(2) of the
City Code as to whether he would have a conflict of interest in participating in
any decisions of the City Council related to the proposed on-campus stadium at
Colorado State University.
As the majority of Council may attend this meeting, the meeting is also being regarded
as a meeting of the City Council for the purposes of this notice.
The City of Fort Collins will make reasonable accommodations for access to City
services, programs, and activities and will make special communication arrangements for
