PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council Ethics Review Board will meet on Thursday,
December 4, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., in the City Attorney’s Large Conference Room at City Hall,
located at 300 Laporte Avenue, City Hall West, Fort Collins, Colorado. The purpose of the
meeting will be to address the following issue:
1. An inquiry submitted by Mayor Weitkunat under Section 2-56(c)(2) of the City
Code as to whether she would have a conflict of interest in participating in various
types of matters related to redevelopment of the Foothills Mall.
As the majority of Council may attend this meeting, the meeting is also being regarded
as a meeting of the City Council for the purposes of this notice.
The City of Fort Collins will make reasonable accommodations for access to City
services, programs, and activities and will make special communication arrangements for
