2015, Meeting.
2. Review of a complaint submitted by citizen, Michael Pruznick, under Section 2-
569 (d)(1)(a) of the City Code concerning Councilmember Horak alleging that
Councilmember Horak violated provisions of state law or the Charter or Code
pertaining to ethical conduct, specifically alleging a violation of the Colorado Fair
Campaign Practices Act, and a determination as to whether to proceed with an
investigation of said complaint.
