Mission: The Senior Advisory Board shall serve in an advisory capacity y to the Fort Collins City
Council on programs and policies that help aging citizens live full and interesting lives and continue to
contribute, participate, and share in the life of the community.
Present: Jan Rossi, Suzanne King, David Kovach, Myles Crane, Greg Wells, Nancy Luttropp
Absent: Jason Brabson, Sarah Schilz

b. Approval of Minutes: David Kovach moved, Nancy Luttropp2nd, Approved
IV. Shana Ryken from the Women’s commission
a. Shana presented information on the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of
Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) resolution and asked for SAB support.
b. David Kovach motioned for approval and Suzanne King 2nd, Approved

a. Intergenerational Conversations - Fort Collins
i. Myles distributed a memo regarding the Intergenerational Conversations Project
ii. Discussion about why older and younger people would want to sit and discuss items of
mutual interest.

a. Transportation: City & PAFC – No report
b. Housing City & PAFC– Nancy & Sarah no report
c. PAFC Other: H&W, Culture & Steering – Myles no report
IX. New Business
a. Transfort Education
David Mullin, Jeridiah Burianek and Drew Brooks attended the meeting to address public concerns on
bus transportation.
