CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD (CRB)
REGULAR MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mark Partridge called to order at 5:32pm
2. ROLL CALL
• Present: Julie Pignataro, Dominique Ramirez, Mark Partridge, Dennis Hanno,
Sally Harris, Aaron Rodriguez,
• Board Members Absent: Heather Gossel (notified prior),
• Staff Members Present: Frank Barrett (FCPD), Jenny Lopez Filkins
3. AGENDA REVIEW
• Training will be postponed for next meeting, so Sean can be present if he’s
appointed
4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
• Joel Yust, present but no comment given
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Sally makes motion to approve 4/18/19 Subcommittee meeting minutes
for Case PSU2019-002. Dominique seconds the motion, unanimous. April 18th
,
2019 minutes approved.
• Sally makes motion to approve 2/12/19 Regular meeting minutes
Dennis seconds the motion, unanimous. February 12th
, 2019 minutes approved.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• None
7. NEW BUSINESS
• Voicemail: None
• Email: From a student who was asking for info about CRB, Mark responded to set
up time and invited her to meeting, did not get a response.
• Email: Another student asking for general information, Mark responded with
general answers. Appeared to be questions that were sent to many boards like
CRB.

• None
9. OTHER BUSINESS
• Mark: Training needs to have the updated information with both the minutes and the
memo that have most current members
• Frank & Dennis: FCPD received the CALEA Level 1 Accreditation as of last
Saturday. Less than 1% of agencies around the nation of are accredited, so this was
a lot of work. Involves polices and assessments that align with best practices, which
took place over the last 3-4 years.
• August meeting falls on the same night as the Volunteer picnic, Sally would like to set
a new date with plenty of notice. Mark suggests a Doodle poll to find out member
availability around the week of August 14th
.
Mark will send out poll within the next few days.
• Mark will not be here next month, Heather will lead the meeting, Sally will lead as a
back-up.
