1. CALL TO ORDER: 12:25 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
• Board Members in Attendance: Terry Schlicting, Mandy Morgan, Marilee Boylan,
Michael Marr (by phone), John Morris (by phone) and Arianna Kilmer (by phone)
• Board Members Absent – Jan Barela-Smith, Sherri Reichow, and Rustin Hughes
• Staff Members Present – Carol Thomas, Staff Liaison to COD and Lead Specialist
for Employee Relations
3. AGENDA
This Special Meeting was called to finalize memo from the COD to Mayor and Council
concerning the upcoming Council Agenda Item to consider a Pilot Program which allows the
use of E-Bikes on city pedestrian trails.
The COD voted on a motion to approve the final draft; the vote was unanimously in favor.
The final memo is attached.
