1. CALL TO ORDER

5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ko moved to accept minutes of past meeting (September 5, 2018) as amended and Bear
seconded.
6. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
Kaushik shared the following Leadership Tip of the Month: “Pursue what you are most interested
in, not necessarily what makes you the most prosperous”
Bear will share next month’s Leadership Tip of the Month
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
● City Council Meeting Calendar
o Board agreed to prioritize attending City Council Regular Meetings, as
opposed to Work Sessions
o Bear attended the Regular Meeting on September 18 but did not have
new information to bring to the board
● Transportation Survey
o Winn agreed to share the questions from the survey with the Youth
Advisory Board in the next meeting
o The Board will present this survey to Drew Brooks from TransFort in the

8. NEW BUSINESS
● Community Chalkboard Signed Agreement
o Information will be presented to Board in next meeting by Ko and Winn
9. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS
● “Super Issue Meeting”
o Youth Advisory Board members did not attend
● Community Chalkboard Committee
o Winn is coordinating with PSD Warehouse
o Anonymous donation requires a more updated estimate of
needed funding
o Current logistics: 6’ x 20’ chalkboard, roughly $440
● Tennis Court Lights
o Stabbe reported that tennis courts are on timers
o Kaushik recommended to research on/off switches for tennis
court lights
o Ko motioned to postpone voting about this issue until more
research is done. Bear seconded.
